From Blindness to Sight: Seeing Social Problems with 20/20 Clarity
I wrote an autobiographical story about my own vision problems throughout my life — including being basically blind in one eye — and how through those experiences, I have learned to see others deeply. My story was a finalist in the Ballard Story competition sponsored by the BYU Ballard Center for Social Impact.

This is my final Ballard Brief. I chose a social issue I am passionate about (the plight of refugees) and conducted extensive research into the context, contributing factors, and consequences of this social issue specifically in southern Europe.
